All sales are final. No return/exchange or cancellation will be accepted. We aim to provide the best quality in each product with the utmost care for detail.

If there is a serious issue with the item, such as damaged or broken cookie cutter(s), please contact us via e-mail within 3 three business days after you received the package with photo of the damaged / broken cookie cutter(s) and we will try to resolve your problem.

No return necessary. A free replacement cutter(s) or partial refund may be issued on a case by case basis.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
